HIya Gilly
Good to see you back *huggs*
I dunno what to suggest re sicknote.. I've never had oneisn't depression and stress reason enough tho? I would try and see another GP about that cos the one you saw seems to me needed a good slap! If you cant get one can you not get some kind of unemployment benefit for a while to give you some breathing space?
Dunno what to suggest about the relationship.. follow your heart i guess? maybe if it's feeling like pressure ask for some time out for a bit, hopefully she'd be understanding enough for that.☆ §ügÅr cØÅTëÐ pØï§Øn ☆

Depression and stress are definitely reasons enough to get a sick note. I used to get one once per month for about 7 months quite a few years ago.Hug provider for depression thread :grouphug:

I have some savings so I don't think I get much or anything on income support. But I'm below the savings threshold if i'm on incapacity benefit.
Relationship.............I dunno. It's hard to tell if it's my depression or my doubts are correct. I just want nothing difficult to deal with at the moment.
I'm overdue contacting her but I just don't want to.
Feels like i'm obliged and I don't like it.
Oh well.
TaGirls are gonna love the way I toss my hair. Boys are gonna hate the way I seem.
I would rather drown with you than watch the surf with someone else0 -
hmm
re the relationship... dunno about you but i found that no matter how depressed i was.. at the time the relationship part of my life really lifted my spirits and I looked forward to contact from him.. so maybe the fact that you don't feel like that is significant somehow? !!!!!! do i know tho, lol, cant even keep my own relationship running smoothlyish
hows you blinky?☆ §ügÅr cØÅTëÐ pØï§Øn ☆

That was the most bl**dy miserable New Year's eve we have ever had!
As I predicted the power went out at 8.20pm and came on at 10.30pm on the 1st!!
26 hours without power:(
What annoyed us is just up the road kept theirs. A lot of others lost theirs.
We managed to cook and eat our dinner but I felt too upset. Midnight came and the fireworks were good but the city events were cancelled in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Stirling. We went to bed at 1am and woke at 7am, still dark. Stayed in a did packing when it was light.
At 4pm we went out for a slap up dinner, we were so cold and miserable, we felt we deserved it! Afterwards went to the pictures. When we got home, the lights were on! Took flipping ages to reset things tho'
Whilst out for the drive, we found the wire that was supplying us dangling in a puddle on a back road. Quite a lot of places were out too.
Fingers crossed they stay on. No it went out for a minute just after I wrote this. My nerves are shot.
Looking thro the past posts - doesn't look like anyone noticed I was missing after writing my happy new year message and warning I might be offline afterwards for a while:(
Seems to have gone all cliquey suddenly. I would have loved to have been on here helping others yesterday and sorry some people were feeling low but at least you had heat and light! Being without electricity really sucks, it is cold and miserable when you are without it!
I have a rotten cold and been without power for 26 hours which has really bought me down. I shall stay away from here for a while too, I feel even more lonely and low now.
This year so far so sucks!!! People change in January - people who were nice in December, go cold in the new year. I can never understand that.
I don't know why I bothered writing this - it's a waste of time, no-one is interested.An average day in my life:hello: :eek::mad: :coffee::coffee::coffee::T:rotfl: :rotfl:

Thank you for thinking of me - no-one else seems to have cared or noticed. I am feeling pretty pssed off about it all tbh. Nothing is sacred. We earmarked 4 days off to be together and enjoy ourselves but oh no, that cannot be so. Every time we start to get happy, so much goes wrong and spoils things for us. There is no peace ever!
Hope you had a good evening and happy new year to you.An average day in my life:hello: :mad: :coffee::coffee::coffee::T:rotfl: :rotfl:

We had a bad quarrel so just got up and came down. But first, the most asked question:
Q "Is anything worn under your kilt???"
A "No. Everything is in perfect working order Thank You!!."0 -
