I am debating whether to brave the call centre today or wait till next week. I think that is what is making me fed up.

Oh don't get me started on call centres! (Blink hun, cover your ears!;)) I know what you mean CC, I think it's because the whole experience is so de-humanising, it makes you feel inadequate. Entirely not your fault at all. I'd leave it to next week if you can, unless you want to just get it out of the way... x4 May 20100 -

I;m off out in a bit... just wanted to let u all know not to worry if im offline for a bit. in the middle of changng isp and the phone part is done bt they arent coming to set up the internet n stuff til 4th jan, so I'm stealing neighbours internet with the wireless bt i dunno how reliable that will be, lol

Got someone really nice as I get really jittery. I used to like using the phone but do get anxious with all the press this and not getting a person.
