Which is worse being alone when you don't want to be or having to endure people you don't want to be with?

Scores of 15-20 Headed Towards Depression

But it semed to be about disturbed/no sleep : and I wanna sleep all the time!
And I'm not fidgety - I wanna do nothing.

Maybe I havent got this kind of depression?
It sounds like either SAD, hibernation mode or wanting to escape things type of depression.

    How you doing gillette?
Maybe you should do it daily and calculate an average score

No two days are the same for me either

Yesterday was still and frosty, today the effing wind is back:(

you know when you start to hit that wall, before you get in that "zone"? well im at the wall. scale 0 - 10, im about a 1.5 atm.

btw - im not one to admit when i am down or feeling sad cos i always wear a mask but the past few days ive my mask on, ive felt the preasure building up and up and up, and i know if i didnt say, i would blow again.

dunno why im sad either cos i have had an ok day - football earlier on (we won 3 - 0) but i did take a chunk out of my arm today on a scaffolding. arm was bleeding, and was sore but its ok now - tho there is a heck of a mark.

saturday night and im in on my own....

    sorry for moaning btw xx

Great that you won the footy but why were you near scaffolding:confused:
    Hope your arms heals quickly.

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh, My bath must be ready by now, trying to smell extra special for tomorrow.

I'm not using Lynx Boost tonight or Lynx Recover - when I use them, 'S' and I have a bad time.

It's either Lynx Pulse or Lynx Africa tonight.

    Hmmmmmmmm
Avoid them then, maybe they trigger bad memories

    Africa sounds exotic

I think doctors are a lot more clued in about depression n stuff these days.. no one will laugh or slap you (unless you ask very nicely ;) )

I know what you mean bout the scores.. it's reassuring to know it's real, kinda

Nah.. day from hell is likely to continue if I come out of hiding! I'm in the doghouse because of staying out til 2 the other night, lol.. then there's been lots of ppl coming and going today.. just one of those days where ppl been popping in for a cuppa and a chat... b/f aka (_|_) has the hump cos I'm "selfish, disrespectful and inconsiderate" and should know that he wants a bit of peace after working all week  and that he feels forced to stay in the bedroom to get it. No mention of the fact that he stays in the bedroom cos he plays on the PC til all hours, lmfao

I think I shall be single again very soon, and I'm sorry that I can't say I'm particularly sad about it :/

    !!!!!! what is his problem?

had to walk past it to get to the train station as it is on the pavements - and it has no protective coverings over it atall - and as i walked past, a bolt that was sticking out of it about 2 inches ripped in to my arm. you know the bolts that hold the joins in the poles? one of those.

    Morning.
My mum came up to see me yesturday which kept me busy. It was really nice to feel so cared about. But then when she went, my OH went to his works christmas party and I went from having a full house to an empty one and felt really down again.
I feel at the moment like I have good days and bad days and I have no control over it.

    Hey sleepy!
Sending you hugs angel.grouphug.gif You've been doing really well, been very brave, been very smart in following drs orders and I'm proud of you hun.:T It's natural for you to feel this way hun - things are still raw for you. Yes, most companies don't invite partners to these parties any more; the smaller companies, fair enough because they can't afford it probably and you can't have the guests outnumber the staff.:o
You went from having a day full of love and people, to being on your own hun - of course you felt low!;)

What was really encouraging to me from your post - although you may not agree hun - is that you said you were happy when your house was full and you also said that you "have good days and bad days and I have no control over it." These are two good positives. :T You will have good days and bad days angel like everyone in this world and the best defence against bad days is to have a plan ready for when they hit too hard (someoone to talk to, hobby, music, relaxation etc.). Have you made Christmas plans yet hun? Maybe... would it be possible for you to stay with your family over the holidays so you can benefit from their love and support? Do they live far away? Could OH go to - even if just on the weekends? It may do you a power of good hun. You need TLC sleepy, so if you're able to put yourself first for once hun, do it.
Just a little Tiffy Tip sweetheart - don't try and get control of yourself and get depressed over it. Mental ill health doesn't work like that hun. What you will be able to do is survive and manage it!;) You keep us posted hun. I'll be back on later to check on everyone. Can't believe I've been reading the posts since gone 5am! :rotfl:
    Much Love

nah.. it's a constant drip drip drip.. funnily enough sometimes I call him the little black raincloud, lol. He doesn't seem to have a sense of humour at all.. he's only 24! I tend to deal with things with humour cos that's the only way to cope innit

I don't really know who's posted today.. I didn't get near me lappy til about midnight and I didn't read back :/

Think I'm gonna head off to bed.. my eyes are watering with sleepiness now :/

    cya tomorrow xx
Yes the drip drip drip - they call it Chinese Water Torture and it's not called that for nothing!

24 - he sounds a bit young to be Mr Blackcloud. Is he depressed?
