hehhe... but are you studly ;)

Cat seems ok CC.. he's sitting watchng it all.. he's only 6 months old so he's still curious about everthing, so cute. Sometimes he sits and watches the minute hand go round on the clock, he gets so fascinated by it... its lovely to watch him :)

Hmmm, I would say studdly - more beautiful and lovely :D:D:D

I've got a 6 month old cat that comes to visit, he is adorable - he likes climbing on things but has awful balance - the amount of times he falls out of trees!! I want to go and save him, but he'll never learn if I do!

And where is my tall lovely Miro this morning? He agreed to a date with me and then ran away! I've already bought my wedding dress!

Morning everyone, how are we all today?

I have finally got dressed now!! Still haven't done any of the chores tho, except putting some washing in. Got 5 hours till Hubby comes home, so better make sure I get something done!!

FG - Those emporer books are really good, are they the ones by Conn Iggulden? I really enjoyed them, about the life of Julius Ceaser, although they call him by a different name in the first book, so it can be a little confusing!

Hi all, I have been diagnosed with clinical depression with panic attacks/anxiety all in. Joy :-)
I have been prescibed Citalopram for a few months but I am scared to take the drug in case I start feeling crazy or anything. I dont want to read the side effects as I am the kind of person who will probably make myself feel i have them even if i dont. What are others experiences? i have been given 20mg is this normal? Any help appreciated.
    Thanks

welsh - you've had a lot of good advice which I will echo

You wont start to feel crazy.
All drugs have side effects - not all effect everyone, the drug companies have to cover themselves.
If the one given doesn't suit you ask to change to another there's a vast cornucopia of antidepressants out there.
It will take sometime for the drugs to have an effect.

I see medication as a crutch.

To all - christ it's been busy in here and I don't have time to write a long reply :o - I shouldn't even be writing this now.

Feelinggood - glad you've kicked the bottle and fags.:T Try and eat something proper - other than cold pizza. It will help you feel better.

    Big hugs to all. hug3.gif

I might be around tomorrow afternoon. Take care all and I'm thinking of u.
