Thinking makes you talk yourself into anything. If only 'S' could tell me to my face she cared and showed it :wall: maybe i'd feel wanted

How does he do this to me?
He has been emailing, about the tickets and everything.
I avoided saying anything, just that I'd go if he wanted me to.
Now he is being really sharp, saying he'll go on his own, and will take a camera cos I'll miss the snow.
He's practically making me beg him to let me go, just so I don't have to put up with all this.
ARGH, I hate this so much,

My wife had mild form of depression - that was bad enough.
We sought help with a BUPA specialist - he really did help (costs about £250 for an hour consultation)
Bottom line;
You feel like you just want to sleep! You must stay awake and do excercise. This we found very hard
- this helps to mix the chemicals in the brain.
- Eat fresh fruit
- Eat more fish
Keep off drink as it's too easy to replace a problem for another one!
The wife is now a keep fit fanatic - clear of depression fo rover three years.
What ever you do - good luck:A0 -

The advice is all very good, but sometimes there is no point fighting.Stay-at-home, attached Mummy to a 23lb 10oz, 11 month old baby boy.0 -

He's ignoring me now, no doubt it will be awful when he gets home
Should I just pack my bags and go before he comes home?Stay-at-home, attached Mummy to a 23lb 10oz, 11 month old baby boy.0 -

I think it was blinky said that would be too much stress for you to cope with right now, on top of everything else - and I have to say I agree with that. You must get yourself well fg xxxx4 May 20100 -
