Evenin.. hope everyone's having the best day they can.. I'm just home and about to start working on the essay I should have finished last night :/

On a positive note.. the police caught the lil git who burgled me last week and found my laptop and house keys in his house so he's being charged and all of that!

Must have just happened  1/4 of my posts are in this thread :o

I'm off out now, flatmate is coming for a drink...........it's just to get out of this place for a short while..........may bring up 'S' should I text etc...........may wait until tomorrow so as to save me more misery on an anniversary when she says she can't make it.........yes i'm very pessimistic.

    I think too much

Miro I hope you're at least enjoying your drink out with your flatmate. Anniversaries are so hard  I'm standing on a box and sending kind thoughts your way.... x

My wife had mild form of depression - that was bad enough.
We sought help with a BUPA specialist - he really did help (costs about £250 for an hour consultation)
    Bottom line;
You feel like you just want to sleep! You must stay awake and do excercise. This we found very hard
    - this helps to mix the chemicals in the brain.
    - Eat fresh fruit
    - Eat more fish
Keep off drink as it's too easy to replace a problem for another one!
The wife is now a keep fit fanatic - clear of depression fo rover three years.
What ever you do - good luck:A

    Hi dawsond :)
I hope your wife's feeling better angel. Thanks for the useful tips hun. A lot seems to be good old-fashioned common sense for looking after ourselves. :)
Totally agree about the alcohol. Glad you found help anyway angel - nothing wrong if you can afford it.;) Such a shame our services are so over-stretched.
    Best wishes,Tiff

Thanks guys.. I won't get them back yet.. depends if he confesses or not, if he does then they'll just take photos and use those in court, if not then they'll have to keep them til the trial :(

tis a pain because an awful lot of my work is on there and it would save me such a lot of effort now if i could have it, ggrrrrrrrrrrrrr

If only one of these girls would declare their love (or lust!) for me :p

I've even shaved fully today, must say, i'm not as much of a fat face as I was 6 weeks back!

    Try the green smarties :D
