windscreen washing liquid gets frozen, what to do?

Hi all,
Its been happening for a few days now. The windsreen washing liquid gets frozen while the car is parked overnight and it takes at least half an hour for washing liquid to come out after I start driving the car.
I use ready to use, washing liquid (blue one, normally the cheapest brand) available on any superstore. I dilute the liquid a bit becasue otherwise it doesnt clean up the screen and gets clogged all over the screen.
Can somebody please advise me how to cope with it
Regards

I don't dilute mine in this weather.
I'm assuming you mean carwash stuff and not actual washing-up liquid?
My husband tried to save a few pennies last time he refilled it and he decided to dilute it just a wee bit. It froze, even though he hadn't put much water in it.0 -
Stop diluting it.This is an open forum, anyone can post and I just did !0

thanks for your replies everybody, ya i do mean car wash stuff
but the problem with the neat liquid is that it dries up to white residue even before the wiper is done with cleaning up the windscreen.

Dilute in the summer, concentrate in the winter0

I've never had this problem, and I normally just buy Tesco stuff or similar. Stupid question, but is your windscreen needing cleaned? It's not covered in salt off the roads or anything?
Another thought - are you using your window washers for long enough, so it gets properly wet in the first place?0 -

Thanks jackieb, IMHO it is not a stupid question, it looks more relevant in my situation as I travel a lot on motorway. Though, I keep washing my screen and even cleaning wipers quite often. I am not sure about the second point your mentioned, what you mean exactly
Thanks once again for taking your time0 -

Maybe it's drying out before the wipers have finished wiping? Maybe if you pressed the washers for a bit longer so there was more fluid on your windscreen?0 -
good point Jackieb,I am not sure if I do it but I will have it mind next time. thanks once again, :T0

its possible that its just your squirters are blocked. I justhold my finger on them for a few seconds defrosts them then its fine
i also find a quick squirt every 10 minutes keeps it moving
when i top it up in the cold weather it use hot water also with the concentrate
you could also consider wrapping the washer pipe around the radiator hosing too0 -
