As it is nearly July, you could wait and try the new BT wholesale trial to migrate LLU broadband circuits to BT IPstream services, mentioned by MAAF Customer services.

What is this and when's it happening? I'm with Plusnet and they're a bunch of f****** twobits :mad: I'm cancelling at the end of my billing cycle but can also migrate - when's this "cheaper" broadband coming out then?

Thanks - I was annoyed back there because the eejits at plusnet insisted it was my router that's the cuase of low bandwith speeds, despite me swapping with my neighbour's router :rolleyes:

Useful website that one. Just seen Caprhone warehouse are upgrading my local exchange to LLU enabled in August which may be worth a look. Thanks.

honest opinion, id avoid CPW/Talk Talk like the plague, just read the countless threads on here

When Madasafish checked my MAC they said it is a normal one.

Looking at a few web sites including the very interesting http://www.orangeproblems.co.uk/ site it seems that a real LLU connection MAC would start with LLU.

I have told Primus to sign me up as this seems to be about the cheapest deal I can get. It might not be super fast but at least there are no download limits
