I just emailed my boss (am off today) to say that we have snow forcast tonight and all tomorrow so am concerned about coming to work (on leave today). She replied quick as a flash "where you getting that from? Only light snow due according to website I checked". I really felt like saying "oh, yeah, you got me, no snow due at all". I'm hardly going to invent it!
Now need to decide if I dare go out shopping before it hits?
mmmm... tough oneHeavy snow here overnight, I attempted to get my car out and then texted my boss @ 7.30am to say I wouldn't be in. Not looking hopeful for tomorrow either, still snowing here. He has been fine about it, I think the fact that I attempted it - and the national news reports helped! I have along commute so my office has different weather conditions - and looks like everybody else made it in
