    i've been v good food wise, and have done an hour on the cross trainer and did some running on the tread mill and my sit ups earlier.

    my weight is still not coming off quick enough though!!!

    Yep :j Sooo relieved, I really didn't want them to be pulling me back to my old department because I couldn't cope etc. so it is all good!!!! :T
