_pale_I'm going to have to sit down and start budgeting again, so that when i come back from being away i can hit the ground running and not be in this position again. And stop spending £30 a week on food, half of which i chuck away or is spent on stupid diets, I've just got really lax lately....._pale_0

I know its bad, and I bet your feeling rotten right now, but try not to get too down.
Your planning a wedding, and that is pretty expensive and also very time consuming. You can only fit so much in your head at once!!
When you get back, you will have more time and energy to focus on your spending.
And I know what you mean about wasting money on stupid diets...but I think its a girl thing!!!
