    I actually miss that happening!!
When debit cards first came out they would only allow the transaction if the money was in your account. I never accidentally went into OD but had the embarrassment of being declined once in a while. Now if I accidentally go over by a couple of pounds because I've miscalculated I get stung by charges.

As ShoeGal says at least you know you need to reign things in a bit although a fully agree with chops- you've had so many other things on your mind and it will settle down. I'm sure when it does you'll be back on track in no time.

yep thats what I was thinking shoe gal, I have dusted myself down after a few self pitying cups of tea and am just working on my OU stuff which I have been putting off, has given me the kick that I needed to sort stuff out generally, rather than just plodding along hoping things would do themselves.

Just making a super low fat curry, and do you know, it's actually really nice!!! going to have it with brown rice to keep with the healthy eating, oooh speaking of rice I really should go and check on it!!!

Thanks for the words of support x

I had a sneaky peak on the slimming world website as my stepmum has just joined, it's really good, lot's of super recipes.

I managed to chew on a couple of cardamon pods in my curry though, which are disgusting, so wasn't as nice as I wanted, but good all the same.

might have to have a muller light for afters, am soo hungry lately
