if it makes you feel any better i have just eaten:

1. huge bowl of sugar puffs
2. a packet of crisps
3. cheese and tomato sandwich
4. 2 pink and whites
5. a yoghurt
6. 4 rocky bars

lol. you know some days all you want to do is stuff your face, it is just one of those!!! maybe i should get worms that way i could eat everything and not worry lol.

have my hen do next weekend, really want to look amazing, but dont feel so sure after eating all that cr*p.... oh dear.
