    well havent been too bad today, have had 2 yoghurts a harvester bar, porridge and banana and some soup, am on the cross trainer for 30mins and am hoping that by friday i will be a number one stunner.

    Have got some hair dye and some gorgeous false nails, am going to go on the sunbed in a bit, and hopefully all this together will make super gorgeous glam missy moo!!!

    well I'm hoping anyway!!

    hmmmm rather embarrassing..... seem to be having some rather windy effects from my soup......... not sure whether I can face going tanning, would hate for someone to hear!!!!!!!!
