Thanks Kitty - yes am feeling brave lol:D
The debt busting is going well but must admit I am finding it reallllllyyy hard some days. Went to Mr T the other day and saw loads of lovely clothes was gutted that I couldnt buy anything but hey ho I am learning to appreciate what I have got. Next bill came and is down to £168 so aiming to pay £85 next month and then in June and that will be taken care off. I will change my sig as my online ccard balance is £3735. I still dont know whats happening with tax credits so I am going to go with the flow till they do the renewal and I may get a bit backdated - fingers crossed. Next month I am also praying the electric bill will drop at the mo we are paying £115 per month:eek: but thats because we werent paying enough the last few years - nice of them to tell us eh? Anyway we are now keeping a spreadsheet of useage so we have a better idea of what we should be paying monthly when what is owed is all cleared. I reckon to be on safe side £65 sounding reasonable. So the extra £55 a month I am going to put away to help with a few bits. Should be about £170ish so should help! I will make sure my dd is set. Still waiting to hear if DH will be getting a payrise. He has done more overtime this month so we can get some oil next month, and we should manage a payment of an extra £300 off credit card. Heres keeping my fingers crossed that nothing crops us as we all know it usually does. Havent done so well this week on my weekly budget as I am spent up already but have enough for milk and fruit and stuff in freezer so will just be having a few NS days methinks. Heres hoping for a lovely sunny day !!:):)

Was aiming for another NSD today but DS needed shoes. These were £60 (shoes and trainers) but had £5 off in Clarks so £55. He had grown a whole size so feeling a guilty mummy for having him in too small shoes now:(
Anywa baby needs some shoes also but will wait till friday when we are popping into town to get these - I am taking all 3 so they will be bribed with happy meals if they are good children lol.!
Nothing happening on the Msaver front really, still on weekly budget which is spent till wednesday! Fam allowance tomorrow to be sorted into pots. Have about 4 items selling on ebay and still £200 pending on Quidco for various things - I so wish this money would hurry up! Am going to take kids to the park this afternoon and enjoy the sun while we have it still !

I HATE childrens shoes! I swear they may be the single most expensive thing about being a parent. Since Boo started school in September she's already been through 2 pairs and I'm desperately trying to avoid buying anymore until she really needs them.
Good job on the ebay front. I had a bit of an ebay spree when I first started but the enthusiasm has, very much, run out now. Hope they sell well for you.
I know the 'hanging around for Quidco' feeling too. I got £100 from an insurance switch in early Feb and it still hasn't been paid. It's awful having money you can't access!
Hope you had a lovely time in the park.

Yep - a fab time in the park miss kitty. Got DS shoes £60 ouch and today had to get DD2 some more shoes whch set me back £28 double ouch! So including all shoes needed this month total - £116:mad: Sorry I sound such a meanie and I know they grow but I feel they are sooo expensive. This has wrecked my budget for the month and told DH not too spend any money now - poor thing! Nevermind staying positive! I have made £50 this month which will go to my mum. She said she didnt want it back in a rush but I dont like owing her as she has done so much for us!
So a NS weekend and week next week lol. I have £40 cash but will hang on to this for basics fruit and milk etc and have loads in the freezer so at least this is ok. Have a few more things to list on ebay but havent quite got motivated to stick these on yet. Next week I promise lol. I have done an extra 6 hours overtime and have at least another 5 yet. DH has some overtime coming also but most of it has been spent already on oil, and a few other household bills boohoo once agaiin something else has swallowed up my extra money before I even have it this time. Have about another 14 weeks at work but - I have some plans in the pipeline for sept but not sharing just yet!
So have done my SOA for next month and for the rest of the month trying to stay out of the overdraft - darent check the online banking!
Tomorrow i have a few jobs to do - going to try and finish some ironing, get curtains put back and get swept and mopped through or if it is nice just sit in the sun lol! x

Well have had a nice cheapie low spend weekend only needed fruit and milk and butter as usual - must invest in a cow lol.
Have been thinking a lot this weekend and think after this next christmas I will look for something 2 days per week. This way I will have more time with the kids still and it will reduce my huge diesal bills. It will also mean I will have 6 mths at home with little one. So it works out well - thats of I can find something lol. DH sat down and worked out that between us and with a little family help we should be able to manage cover for the kids in the hols. So that should help. It would mean my income would go up by around £1700 year so thats good especially if I can get rid of credit card!:D
Then the plan will be to start a new diary to pay off our consolidation loan (think we've all had one of these) at the mo we pay £85 per month and we can make overpayments at any time but at the moment my main focus is getting rid of the card, cutting down spending and looking for a job! So I think thats enough to keep us busy busy!
Today have done loads of overtime I reckon at least 15 hours this month at least. This will clear my overdraft and pay rest of Next as I bought some jogging bottoms as I am now trying to lose weight. I have managed to lose 5lbs in the last 2 weeks so feeling good already and have started doing more execrise and I have cut down my meal portions and drinking lots more water. I must admit I am beginning to feel much more healthy!
Anyway have some more overtime at work tonight so will go and get sorted - hope everyone had a good weekend!:)

As from today the idiots I work with have told me no more overtime - well they can stick there extra work where the sun dont shine - :mad:am not happy . Especially when I have helped out sooo much - but thats what you get for being helpful I spose. Anyway have applied for a new job so will keep up all updates. And am pleased to say I have £200 topay off credit card which the bill has come today so must update my sig. I will then look at my figures again to check what I need to get paid off - so feeling happy on that front and fingers crosses about the new job:):jNov 2012 - Loan £1200, CC1 £1450

Still absolutely skint and cupboards were so empty had to go shopping and put £60 on DH c card - am gutted to say the least. Got some good bargains tho and plenty to keep us going till payday. Am still keeping my eyes open for another job as I am sooo worried about loosing a wage then trying to get another job in the future - its something I am thinking very carefully about at the moment. No review pack from T credits yet so that should give me time to sort out wages for the year anyway.
Have a party this morning and this pm have some large items DH is going to take some pics for ebay - am keeping my fingers crosses. Sold 2 more items only at 99p tho so will post these this morning.
Must do meal planning tonight to make my life easier! Am still keeping my eye out for a cheap garden set and I am going to go to car boot a week on sunday to look for a few toys for the garden for summer.
Not heard anything about DH payrise but fingers crossed this could make a huge difference to everything - so playing the waiting game still. Hope everyone has a nice day - enjoy the sunshine! x
