T mobile contract costing more than stated?

I recently signed up with Tmobile through buymobilephones.net with their Combi 15 18 month contract which said it would be £15 a month. I have yet to exceed the allowance on calls and texts, yet my first bill was about £14 and this months is £21. Am I missing something (this is the first time i've had a contract phone)? I…

With a Nokia 5800 Red, you get £30 cashback, nothing else gives £30.

Yeah, that's the deal I got. As I said the cashback isn't an issue. Have'nt had chance to phone TMobile yet so will update with their response.
