Would like to swith to TT Talk3 International Plan, but i'm concerned about service reliablity.Please can anyone tell me if Talk Talk is any good aside the cost.

Free evening and weekend UK 01/02 calls are just a freephone call away and weekday UK 01/02 calls for 3p each - regardless of duration - are a few mouse clicks away.
Have a read of Martin's telephony article and you may well find some other savings for your own circumstances.
