Since joining TalkTalk I have had nothing but grief - Had 1 week when line permanently engaged. Now have same problem and 6 days down the line I still cannot get through to report the fault. Emails are ignored.
Spent a fortune listening to TT music!
Only option seems to be to cancel DD and walk away.
Avoid TalkTalk in my opinion at ALL costs.
