You know what upset me the most, the girl who is at Weight Watchers, her opening interview. It was like hearing me say those things at her age  The problem is I never could do anything or had any support so went on to become morbidly obese and to a point where docs were telling me (at 22) you have less than 5 years to live unless you change
I really do hope she loses weight and manages to maintain it. I dont wish the same conversation on anyone, even if it could have been a scare tactic conversation0 -
Given that the asian mum had high blood pressure and the whole family seem to have weight issues I can't believe the amount of salt she put in, and she said there was more salt to go in later!
The dishes they showed were all swimming in oil as well.
Leftovers for brekkie is not so bad, I had a friend whose son would eat well in the morning, but only picked at night so she used to give him some leftover tea at breakfast as she knew thats when he would eat it.
The trouble was that food on the programme was full of salt and oil and then she had a portion big enough for a large adult never mind a child just for brekkie. They seriously need to bin the fryer. The oldest daughter knew what she was talking about, but she was fighting an up hill battle.
Hope they all get sorted out through the programme.
