Temperature hasnt managed to get above freezing today and more snow forecast over the next 2 days.

College course is cancelled tomorrow too so I shall be a good girl and do some studying from home ( I prefer that anyway as the teaching is shocking at the college I am studying at)

lecturer turns up opens book and basically reads out of it, I can read myself thank you very much:rolleyes:

It'd be far better if you were all asked to read the section before the class and used the lesson as a group discussion of the subject matter!
    Ah, I should be a lecturer :D

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

Its a very practical subject Linda (accountancy) so to be honest I would rather have activities to work through and case studies rather than the study guide being read to us.

    I should be a lecturer too:D
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

Linda your way of doing it is how my lecturers do it.....set reading/watching with notes taken, then discuss in seminars.

I use a little salt on some food, but if it's made with a sauce I'll not put salt on, just a bit of pepper.

I did love Pint the other sday, we got some casserole steak cheap and he said "what are you going to do with it" so I told him chilli and I'll put a tin of beans in too. All I need to do is chop the steak up a little and it'll be fine. A nice chunky chilli for the chilly weather.
