It's bloody cold in the office - the windows aren't sealed properly so the small bit of heat from the radiators is going straight out the window.0 -

Nah we're all goodYep three - was exhausting but very good all round. Went out in the main city, managed to spend £12 on my costume, £9 on OH's and £20 on drinks  Cheapest New Year ever. Am feeling a bit lost without a diary now.
Hopefully, France. We have free accomodation offered so seems silly to turn it down but it's either overnight ferry and 3 hours drive for £330 or shorter ferry and 13 hours drive for £38. Haven't added the petrol costs. Not sure it's worth losing two days (there and back) in driving timeNo longer using this account for new posts from 20130 -

Pap have you thought of a visit to the museum - its pretty cool and you can tie it in with a visit to the tower in the park (lots of steps to climb though)
Another nice day trip is to the castle that isnt a castle (more of a big house)
Or you can get the train down to Severn beach too (mucho cheapness!) and grab some quartz :cool:0 -
YOu could always start a new diary Gem.

Could do beanie, don't have much debt to clear though. Definitely need the focus though, lots of saving for 2010 needed.
End of 2014 it should finish, but aiming for July 2012 now with The Dragon's Olympic challenge. No longer using this account for new posts from 20130 -

I knew you had more than one, at least you ha da good time evn if you were tired. Sounds like a fab night, certainly mseIf you want a diary start one, once you move in/buy a place you will need somewhere to ramble, plus it keeps you focused. I miss you not having a diary, I feel all 'out of sorts' because I dont know what you have been up to etc
Ohhh sounds good, well not the 13 hour drive. i think you need to calcualate the costs of petrol before you decide. Even if B looks cheaper now, with petrol A might be. Dont forget quidco/pigs back if you canI know I am prob teaching a granny to suck eggs just now :rotfl: Let us know either way, bet you will have a ball

Hi Becky, what 'my' museum, I could couldn't II havent been there since college. I was also contimplating the zoo, again somewhere I havn't been since college (my college was in the zoo). Bit cold for the later though
As for Bath I want to see the Abby, we went before Chrsitmas shopping but the Abby was closedDo you mean in Victoria Park? Bath? I never knew there was a tower there? Ohhh... Do you think we could take the dog on the train
:rotfl: At Severn beach, there is nothing there now, only houses. We used to go as kids but everything is gone. Portishead is the better 'seaside resort' near us now. I am planning to take the dog to Blaise next week anyways. I can walk him there and back for free :T0 -
Forms all filled in and ready to post :T
Can't put in a claim for CA until DLA has been processed - well that's what it says on the direct gov web site anyway.
