    Hows you Luc?

I'm good. Still lacking a little in mojo and feeling flat all the time so considering talking to doc about upping dosage but will wait until I'm back to normal routine and able to go running to see if that helps first.

How are you? you must be doing your nut with all that snow. You could always start making this year's Xmas presents...:rotfl:

Loads of men wear those legging things - I have some 3/4 length ones that are fine for now, its pre-race/race stuff I need...it starts getting expensive when you need seperate gear for racing

Becky do you have a Matalan near you? On the 1st in ours they had jogging type things with a pull cord waste for only £2. Sadly all the ones left in our store were too big* for me so I couldnt get any :(

*I would never have imagine saying/typing that while mentioning a 'normal' clothes store
