    Morning everyone

    Is Pigpen ok?

Quillion - massive hugs to you and DH, hope you managed to sleep, can't do anything to help other than listen x x

DH had a good nights sleep so feels better - he thinks he is still passing more small Kidney Stones though, so if that was the prob then its gradually working its way out!!

No school again for kiddies or DH so DH is gonna take them for a walk later so I can do a bit of flying so I'm going to try and catch up with the last of Tuesday and all of Wednesday - hopefully - fingers crossed

Hugs to all who are poorly or who just want a squish [thats what we call a hug]

Tuesday ~ Master bedroom and landing!
    Level One
    Level Two
Clear a box of stuff from the landing. Will do it as soon as kiddies are out of the way cos its stuff of theirs that I want gone and they don't, so if I sneak it out when they aren't around they'll never notice it gone
    Vacuum the floors
    Level Three

Wednesday - Living room, hall and stairs
    Level one
Clear floors of clutter and vacuum them
    Level Two
    Wipe sofas
Vacuum under furniture you can safely move.. I don't want any hurt backs!
Sort coats and shoes and bags
    Level Three
Clear mantel and put back only what should be up there!
    Wipe and water plants

Thursday - bathroom, study and other grotty places!
    Level One
Clean the loo and the bath and the shower and the basins!
Defragment PC and run spyware scans while scrubbing the tiles and grout!
    Level Two
Clean out the bathroom cabinets.. throw out/charity shop all last years unused/unwanted smellies.
Clean windows, curtains & blinds etc
    Declutter and vacuum/mop floors
    Level Three
Wash bathmats/shower curtain and furry bog hats
Replace any sponges/flannels/toothbrushes etc that need it
throw out any empty bottles.. decant dribbles into fuller bottles

    Thanks Toots

    Helen x

Oh yes, and i'm returning my new orange jacket, i looked on the website and found it in red and its so much nicer! Here.. Can't wait to get it:D One of my new years resolutions was to try and dress a little smarter! I usually live in jeans and hoodies.

Snow day for me!! I'm ridiculously excited - mainly because I don't have to struggle on icy roads. The main road there is closed anyway, due to ice and an accident, but the school has closed because of ice on the paths and steps.

I'm considering whether to try and get DS2 to school - rumour is it is closed anyway. I can't risk him slipping on ice (for anyone new, he dislocated his shoulder a few months ago, and still has one arm in a sling).

    I think I'll go make a list...

ps best of luck with your studies SSL!

    g&b - I love that jacket!

Update - DS2's school closed too - yay! OH has dug his car out of the ice, and is in a massive sulk because he's the only one going out today. They were all emailed yesterday and told that they have to be there, or take it as a day's leave.
It is never too late to become what you were always intended to be

Brrrr, freezing cold today - I'm not even sure whether to cancel my blood test as I was planning to walk to the GP but is so icy outside. We'll see.
Ring them to find out whether its worth going - blood is usually collected daily from surgeries, and if they don't know when it will be collected, they may not want it. I have to send mine off occasionally (my brother takes it and I post it for a research project) and have to remember not to send it over bank holidays!

Cheque paying in form complete, printed and in an envelope WITH the cheques (nearly forgot them :o). Bank statement looked at... I spent a lot of money in December... then again, I did have the woodstove put in and some work done in the garden, but might just check my credit card statement to refresh my memory  and also need to check my savings account to see how much is there.

Breakfast eaten... I've added half a grapefruit to my normal juice/porridge/fruit breakfast. Now need to start checking the travel news before my dad rings... any news on the state of the roads between Tetbury & Peterborough would be appreciated! Kitchen is looking suspiciously tidy for this time of the week :D
