A really good week aiming for 4 but have done 5  had to buy a couple of things last night which pretty much ate up the money i would have used for the pub today so brought lunch in with me and will just go for a diet coke
Mostly had bagel (onion with nothing in) apples, crispsand basics yoghurt or mousse, apart from one day which was leftovers from fajitas made with quorn sausage which was fantastic. Put wraps in a sandwich bag and in a lunchbox (which has handy compartments) had salsa in one, cheese in another and the sausage/pepper/mixed stuff in the other and made the wrap up at lunch.
Its been a much easier week despite more snow, only bought coffee one morning.
Well done to everyone else who is doing well.0 -

Hi all
Well, that's me home from work and I'm 5 out of 5 for the week for this challenge :j.
I would definitely have caved in around Wednesday had being part of this challenge not made me absolutely determined not to give in to my urge for canteen goodies. This week in the canteen I spent a grand total of 36p for a cup of tea and after that (it was Monday) I just took my own tea and told my tea buddies I couldn't justify 36p for a teabag and splash of sour milk when I had the ingredients for tea in my locker :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
The best part is they agreed and for the rest of the week everybody brought their own tea.
Looking forward to week 2:TDFW Nerd Club # 13640 -

Ooh I used to have one of their cheese layered pasta salad thingys for lunch just about every day when I was working in Brum. I loved them!
I know it's a bit dull but I can't help it - if I like something I just want to have it all the time!
And Medini, about your slow cooker spag bol. You must have been gutted when you got home and saw what had happened. I have to say I love my slow cooker and use it lots and that eventuality had never even occurred to me!
(Oh great, now I have something else to worry about all day at work as well as 'what will the cats do if the house catches fire??')0
