Just got this email from M&S, doesnt look like I will be getting anything!

I wouldn't say they will be getting sofas,those writing the emails probably haven't checked or thought about what the item actually is and those on the phone will probably just have the same image etc coming up as everyone else.It's the warehouse that matters

I think Marks & Spencer may be on a 'sticky wicket' if they are responding to customers queries about sofas confirming delivery. Intriguing to see what develops - should only be a few days now - maybe some will win & some will lose. Been a hilarious laugh throughout though

I would absolutely roll on the floor peeing myself if M&S had orchestrated this to catch out the greedy beggers and the sofas are real and you do infact receive them so no complaints ,but they are doll house furniture !!

I seriously doubt that M&S online are that clever - I really think they should ensure their pics on the website match with the item number

Haven't ordered a sofa myself but not sure why you would be classed as a greedy beggar for ordering one

Well I ordered one of their footstools, reduced from around £100 to £19. Shame it isn't a sofa, but I've never had a post footstool with wooden legs before. One of those things which will last years (hopefully) and can be recovered when we get a new sofa. I'm looking forward to my new footstool.

just ordered two of these for store collection on sunday ....thanks ....like christmas all over again , got one each for my two kids hope they are child freindly whatever they are lol
