Well said!. I guess the person who feels we're causing him/her price increases in the future has never bought anything 'just to see if it goes/if it fits', and then returned it when it hasn't. Honestly. What I can't understand, is why M&S haven't changed these on-line pages yet...

We ordered an armchair today for my Grandmother which was on offer for £19.50.

We rang M&S first to confirm that it was in fact a chair we would be getting and they have confirmed that it will be.

I agree, what IS the matter with them - do they really think that the world has gone crazy for a bird wall-hook? Has it not occurred to someone there to have a quick look at what they're selling? Perhaps it will take the Chairman's mother-in-law to spot a potential bargain and order it before anything is done.

A couple of people have said that they had dispatch emails - has anyone rec'd the goods? I believe that when they send out the email that then forms the contract between M&S and the consumer? (That is what M&S themselves state in the confirmation email they send).

This is so weird!! I must admit I am hooked on checking whats happening - and please - if anyone gets that 'vase' - please do tell!!
