Mine hadnt been used for so long, it needed new batteries when I dusted it off this morning

I am a little tired now everyone so those who are not on the Spreadsheet yet I will update in the morning...........promise:cool:

Last day off from work tomorrow and I must get organised. I need the Food shopping for the week which will include absolutely nothing calorific whatsoever.:A

OH is back on the wagon too which does make things so much easier, kids will eat whatever is on the go and DS1 can buy his own snacks at college if he wants to although he has plenty of Christmas chocs to munch.

I have told both boys to hide their stash so that I am not tempted to "steal" any when I go in their rooms:o

Hi I am serious need of motivation! Ive piled on a stone since the summer and need monitoring! Diet starts on Monday. So count me in please

Ive got 14 lbs to lose by April. I'll be point counting and doing the wii as much as my two little DSs allow me!

Can I join please!!! I would like to lose 24 pounds.

My intention is to do the Sports Relief mile in March and get some training beforehand as not to completely collapse during running it.

Actually you know, I am quite scary - saw an ex student of mine on NYE, she was so surprised to see me out buying alcohol- but miss you were always so strict.

Must remember once upon a time I was quite tough............
