  • it would only have been a close up of the waist/tape measure ;) I need to use my camera with the 10 second delay and the batteries have gone. I'll sort it out tomorrow and pinch batteries from other things.

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

242lb today , which is 6lb off in 3 weeks. Wont be anywhere near monthly Target. But if I had set 6lb as target I would have got nowhere near that.
    So I'm pleased . X

6 pounds in 3 weeks is good going - especially with the chips, dumplings and wine :p

Haven't done the pics yet, haven't had a look for any batteries.......

the top I went on about a few pages back - I had one for my holiday in May. I have one on its way which is 5 sizes smaller.......I don't think it will fit though. the one 4 sizes smaller is hanging in the wardrobe and fits nicely but I want to at least see how close I got to a 'fantasy' size for the amount of time I've been losing weight.

OH's new 'stick' is definitely that I am going to be a lot less than I am aiming for. He said this morning that I 'will' be 10 stone. I said I 'won't'. He said that even if I get to 11 stone 5 (my target, which is in the weight range for my height) he will keep going on and on to me that I 'should' be. I just said it would go over my head and that the only reason he is doing it is because he doesn't have the old stick of 'you need to lose weight, you need to go on a diet'.........he denied he has ever said anything!!!!!!!!!

When I get to 11 stone 5 he will be saying it to himself because unless there is some major miracle in him personality wise......well......... ;)
