    5 pounds off for me this week. Very pleased with that to be honest. 79 pounds overall / 5 stone 9....and I've hit my challenge target of 28 pounds.

  • Wow BB - another fab loss and how well you're doing overall.

    We've been away for a few days which included lots of sitting in the car meals out and even a pudding :eek: so I didn't expect any loss at all. Very pleased to have a 1 lb loss.

    Keep it up everyone, 4 weeks left of the halloween challenge and we'll all look a bit less like wibbly jellies then!

    I had a total blow out on Friday night and drank a bottle of wine last night and had crisps, crinkle cut ones too which are double calories I think:o
