Well after a hopeful weigh in I am quite miserable to have STS from last week (after a 2lbs gain:o) these last 2 weeks have not gone well at all.
MrJ has lost 2lbs this week though so is now ahead of me *cries*
Today is food shopping day so I must get myself more organised for during the week and get plenty of healthy snacks in too.

I have just been on the scale and I have lost another pound -1 lb :j
I have done 'The Shred' DVD every day this month, and it's really toning me up, and boosting my fitness levels. I've also drank no alcohol, but I am still not losing the weight as quickly as I would like.
So for this coming week, I am going to continue to do 'The Shred', but i'm combining it with Rosemary Conley's metabolism booster, low fat diet, to see if I can lose another 3lb by next Sunday.

Apparantly tanned skin makes you look thinner??
Anyway, its the Loreal Sublime gel one (£7) but you only need a tiny bit on and it spreads like an oil and hasnt streaked anywhere, which for me is a miracle. OH even commented on how nice it looked:eek:

Might give that a go.What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

I did my monthly weigh - in yesterday, so since the 8/5/10 I have lost 6 pounds. I know it cross over the start of this ten weeke challenge, but I really am trying to do this slow and steady, perhaps leave me out of the 10 wk thing? but I will still post my losses here?
I go to Boots to pay50p to weigh in - you get a little print out. I was so pleased.
today however I have a headache and a bathroom to sand and paint.

Its all ongoing Buffy the 10 week thing is mainly to help people who do better with smaller targets. I have put you down for a 6lb loss this week on the tracker:D

I think I must have your target wrong MrsI as I have you down for a total loss of 5lbs? which means you only have to lose 2.5 in 8 weeks.
Of course you will do it, just keep popping in here and we will do our best to keep you on track:A0 -
