My lovely friend!! I've missed you so much! I was wondering last Saturday what you thought of that drummer on BGT and was half way through texting you to ask but thought you might be on a weird shift or something (or that you'd already been asked a hundred times already!!)
We're only here because Lou grabbed us all by the collar and frog marched us here for a 10 week challenge
Hello gorgeous lady!
You should have text mefor the record I thought he was shocking lol, ok for his age I guess but his technique is awful. I wanted to yank the sticks out of his hands and show him how to play with a little bit of style... bloody wanabee basher. Anyhow
What's your news? It's been ages and I'm so out of touch with everyone. I'm going to bath lils and put her to bed, when I return I expect a long and rambling pm telling me everything that's been going on in BBs world.
I've just been having a nose at Sals diary... ooh I miss you all loads x:A

Lovely to see you Toto, hope the new job is going well although I dont know how you manage to fit it all in:eek:
My DS said exactly the same about the BGT drummer although I think in his case there was a slight bit of the green eyed monster:rotfl:But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -
Morning everyone.
STS for me this week.
Bye for now.I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear.0 -

Today I am going to eat lightly as I feel really bleugh.......a bit like you do at Christmas when you really shouldnt have had that extra bit of baileys cheesecake.

I think I must have your target wrong MrsI as I have you down for a total loss of 5lbs? which means you only have to lose 2.5 in 8 weeks.
Of course you will do it, just keep popping in here and we will do our best to keep you on track:ABut these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -
I have found the best fake tan ever:j and with my colouring it is the only option, believe me, casper the friendly ghost has a better tan than me after 2 weeks in the sun:rotfl:
I also suffer from a sun allergy (PLE) which means I need total sunblock factor suncream on anyway:o
Apparantly tanned skin makes you look thinner??
Anyway, its the Loreal Sublime gel one (£7) but you only need a tiny bit on and it spreads like an oil and hasnt streaked anywhere, which for me is a miracle. OH even commented on how nice it looked:eek:
Am Happy:)
Off out for a 6 mile walkies with OH.But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -
Thank goodness that week is over! I have had a week of temptation - 2 days of all-day meetings with lunch and scrummy snacks provided - and my will-power has really suffered! Also had supreme chocolate cravings that an extra spoonful of chocolate powder in my nightly hot choc drink hasn't come anywhere close to addressing
. I was dreading getting on the scales today - but we're off to a barbeque tonight so tomorrow might be even worse
I'm therefore pleasantly surprised to find a 1lb loss!!!!
I do need to up the exercise quite a bit - 2 days my only movement was bed - to car - to work - (home late) - to bed. This week I only managed a body balance class, one cycle ride and one sedate walk of about an hour. How does exercise equate to lbs of weight loss?
