So sorry you're feeling sad Lou. I looked at my FB recently and felt exactly the same way :o

Really glad to have the friendship and support of the MSE friends though :)
Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches
Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

    Hi Lou,

Wishing you all the best in your exams. It will soon be over and then you can really chill and re-charge your batteries.

You'll do great!!! There is still time for family and RL friends to show their support, although they may need a gentle reminder (a bat over the head :rotfl:, just joking). I am absolutely certain they love you dearly and think you are a superstar.

P.S. I went to my first Zumba class yesterday and it was brilliant. I really let the Latina inside of me loose party0046.gifgetsmiley.php?show=2752.

Have been reading this thread, and I really have to lose about 4 stones.Am I too late to join in.? I am not looking to crash diet and I think realistically if I can lose 7lbs each month, then it should take me about 8 months. I will not be going to a slimming club, because I can't really justify paying for classes at the moment, and I know that I can do this because I have done SW before and know that it works., I just need someone to " report " to to know that I have to lose each week. I am absolutely useless at doing this on my own, and I really need the support of others in the same situation.

    Thank you.

I shall get weighed in Boots tomorrow, and then again on the Friday of the following week. I don't tend to go into town at the weekend, so will make Friday my weigh-in day, so that I can post my weight loss over the weekend. How does everyone else do their weight loss plan? SW, WW, Calories etc? Any tips hints and advice are always welcome. I really need to lose my weight as I have Angina and extra weight is not really helping.

    Thanks for replying.

I am fine whilst I am at work or busy, but my OH is away quite a lot of the week, and when I am at home alone, its the boredom, and that's when I eat..Comfort eating I suppose. Anyway tomorrow is another day, and I am determined to do this. Will stock ujp on Fruit etc tomorrow.

    Hi there,

    Welcome to the thread.

This week I am trying 'The Shred' DVD, Zumba and Rosemary Conoly's Low Fat Plan :). I am very open minded though, and always looking for the elusive easy option ;).

Hi and thanks for the welcome.

My OH is naturally slim and can eat anything he likes, which I can't say the same for me. So cooking for the both of us is awkward, so I generally go for dinners.....meat and veg etc. He isn't keen on pasta, which I love, and I don't really enjoy the ready meals. He always has crisps and biscuits for snacks, and I am afraid that my will power is severely tested to say the least. Anyway, off to watch Eastenders. Bye for now.
