Phew, just waded through 9 pages. that'll teach me never to miss 2 days again.
Angelic, sorry to hear you're having a torrid time of it lately. It sounds like change is in the air for you....
With regards the job, I'd agree with Paul and tread carefully. Don't give them any reasons to sack you. You should only leave when you're ready to, so maybe keep your head down for a bit.
Can you be on the look out for something else?
Maybe it's time to re-consider your chatline?! What did we call it "Angels With Filthy Souls"! I reckon the blokes would go for your brand of ear-bashing seduction!:rotfl:
How about calling it "Girls Angels" (girls to rhyme with hells) ?0 -
Hi everyone,
Angelic - sorry to hear OH has been a pain (for whats it worth i would also be hoping he runs out of petrol if it was me!).
Had a pretty rubbish day today myself. Had a little more snow her but some people obviously didnt realise how slippy it was, there was car accident outside the shop i work in and we saw someone being rushed away in an ambulance.
To cut a long story short it just bought everything back, i went straight to my friends grave after work, i cant remember how long i sat there for before OH rang me to see why i wasnt home from work.
Rang my mum again, who thinks i should make another appointment to see the doctors (not due to see him for another 2 weeks) - trouble is it seems to be taking all my energy to drag myself to work at the minute without going backwards and forwards to the doctors. Maybe i'll feel a bit better after a good nights sleep.
Anyway sorry for hogging the thread, PAD for today is £5.00 please green.Biggest Loser Weight Loss: 13 / 20 lb0 -

Flower you sound like you are still in the very raw stages of grieving, don't try to push yourself to 'get over it' overnight. The way you are feeling now is entirely normal. When it comes to grieving everyone is different, there's no set time to feel like you are healing.
If you feel that maybe those around you are thinking 'surely she must be feeling better by now' and maybe don't want to show how you feel then try wrapping up warm and going for a walk, it does the power of good when you're feeling a little low and gives you some peace to grieve in your way, be that crying or laughing out loud at the silly things you remember.
Stay stong, your friend will always be in your heart, you'll never forget her.Started PADdin' 13/04/09 paid £7486.66 - CC free 02/11/10
