It's not that great actually - 22.5% on 'own brand' stuff and 12.5% on everything else. BUT when they have the £5 No7 vouchers that they're doing at the moment, it means you can get the day / night moisturisers for under £1 each. :money:Don't worry about typing out my username - Call me COMP(Unless you know my real name - in which case, feel free to use that just to confuse people!)0 -

That's what I used! I had two in fact. They now live in my brother's garden. But I know he'll use them as he grows plenty of tomatoes each year already.February wins: Theatre tickets0 -

Er last year the potatoes withered, rosemary, thyme and mint were infested with green fly and the garlic sprouted but didn't even root properly. About the only thing that is working is the compost heap.
Re the greenfly I think I need to attract ladybirds which I think means planting certain companion plants.
I was surprised the herbs got infested as I thought they were pretty robust against greenfly.
I'll try again though.
I was reminded on another thread that I have mung beans in cupboard and no idea what to cook with them so I will try sprouting those. Not sure if you can eat the whole lot or just the sprouting part.0 -

Re: cats, they are a BIG problem round here, but I find that chucking used coffee grounds down helps (and it saves on rubbish) My sister has a plant in her garden called a coleus, that she reckons keeps cats away.Debts at LBM - Mortgages £128497 - non mortgage £27497 Debt now £[STRIKE]114150[/STRIKE][STRIKE]109032[/STRIKE] 64300 (mortgage) Credit cards left 0

Wow...that was a great total for February - well done peeps!
I seem to have bug*ered up my ISA direct debit this month, so I'm having to do it in two lumps. Therefore, my PADs for the past three days look like this:
Sat: £2.10 into change pot
Sun: £31.23 into savings acct to round down current account
Mon: £150 into ISA and savings acct
Grand total = £183.33
My d/d for my regular payment to my c/c is supposed to come out today too, but the way things are going I'll probably have to chase that up too. So that can count for tomorrow.
We spent far too much money on bulbs, seeds, tools, compost, greenhouses and whatnot this weekend...around £250However, hopefully we will soon have garlic and onions and potatoes and herbs and flowers and Jerusalem artichokes and and...EXCITING! I always feel healthier and calmer when I've spent some time in the garden. And you know what? It's SUNNY here today! Huzzah!
Take care ebberyboddy!
