awww! Do you not have anything similar? :(

We have Etos (pronounced A-tos). They do have a good range, but they are quite expensive. They occasionally do special offers etc, but there's no loyalty card or anything :(

And then there's Kruidvat (pronounced Crowd-vart). Much, much cheaper (most of the time), but the shop is chaotic and messy. A bit like a poorly run Superdrugs on a very, very busy day! lol

Nothing that matches up to Boots. I still have my loyalty card though. It paid for a new razor the last time I was in the UK :D

Hey Pyscho, I think I may have asked you this before, but do you ever have to stop over in a country for a while, or overnight?

Just wondering, cos if you're ever here for a while, we could always meet for a Tea/Coffee? It only takes me 45 minutes to get to the airport by bus from home, or 10 from work.

I understand if you feel a little uncomfortable about it, so if you don't want to, don't worry. Just want you to know that the offer is there.

I do have a book in me Hopeful. But do people really want to read about drunken, drugged up debauchery, a childhood spent in a cranky cult in a family with psychological/psychiatric issues, people dying way before they should have, disease, insanity, and a long road of recovery? There's a lot of black comedy in there too :)
If it was a TV series, they would dismiss it as fiction.

It's a funny thing but when much of ones life has been spent on the fringes, it's easy to see much of the stuff that goes on as one big stage play.

I would definitely want to read about it all! I find real life stories extremely interesting. People often use negative past experiences as an excuse for current bad behaviour or attitude. I'm guessing, without really knowing you, that you are one of many to prove that doesn't have to be the case.

My final payment went out to my egg card today so its now clear:j
But our car failed its mot yesterday:mad:, gonna cost more than the cars worth to fix it so not worth doing repairs. Only problem is we need a car at the moment coz of OH's work and potential new job. So i'm off to the bank today to see if i can increase my loan. God it makes me feel sick saying that, after all the hard work i've done over the last 6months ans we're gonna end up in more debt than when i started:(. Like i said tho we dont have much of an option at the moment. Why is it when things start looking positive for a change there's always summat around the corner to knock you straight back down:(
    I'm truely gutted:(

What a bummer. Try not to let it get you down. At least you know you have the focus and resolve to repay the debt as soon as posible. I've said a million and one times being in debt is like being on a roller coaster. We will survive it though and come out on top one of these days.

Take care hun. I hope the bank will help. Look after you and your baby xxx
One step at a time ;)

Thats exactly what we had to do last year and its horrible! Unfortunately, if you can't get to work without a car, you need to do it. I know that doesn't make it less annoying!

    ((hugs))

Hey Euro... unfortunately we don't! I was there on Monday actually when it was pouring with rain, but no night-stops :o If I ever do get stuck I shall let you know! You are still on my list if you ever need it when you come home by the way :)

I tried to watch 500 Days of Summer when I went to Canada but I just found it a bit dull... maybe I didn't give it long enough?!

I am gutted this week... my friend bought me a HUGE bag of chocolate misshapes from Cadbury World and I only left it at work with no chance of getting it back :(

Sorry to hear about your MOT Nickynoo I know the feeling but I hope you it sorted... :grouphug:
