I'm ok today, thanks psycho. Relieved to be signed off work for a couple of weeks and hoping it will help to sort stuff out. How are you feeling? Hope you're well.:grouphug:

I'm ok today thanks, somehow I think just the thought that I'm getting help seems to have cheered me up greatly! Working with my friend on monday she said I was like a completely different person and she hasn't seen me smile or laugh like that for a long time.
Hope it helps you to get things straightened out... have you thought about looking for a new job? I recall you saying you hate it? xBecame Mrs Scotland 16.01.16Became homeowners 26.02.16

:rotfl: Thanks for the many dodgy hugs psycho. Glad you're feeling better.
Sometimes just admitting that you feel bad instead of pretending it's not happening is a big help.
Yes, I'm looking around for a new job just now, my contract ends in July anyway so need to find something else.
I have been offered a place in an admin bank but they are waiting on references and dragging their heels so a bit worried it might not happen.Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts. Fingers crossed for you! hopefully the references come through in time.
I think it's a relief thing... I've eaten more normally in the last couple of days too, for the first time in months. Baby steps, have to remember one bit at a time!Became Mrs Scotland 16.01.16Became homeowners 26.02.16

I'm definitely female! ...*checks* yep, definitely!I do tend to be a bit of a tom boy at times though, and the username confuses people too. lol
