Good morning, what a lovely bright morning it is too:j
I am feeling very positive today, I think it must be the sun shine.
My strawberries are doing fine and dandy, I managed to pick enough to make two desserts last night and they were 'scrummy licious'!
Over the weekend I planted loads of seeds and my potatos seem to be doing well too, GG will be glad to hear I am not attempteing tomaotos again this year:p.
Money wise, the Quidco payment is still showing as due to be paid twice from the dog insurance and I completed 8 mystery shops yesterday:j.(although writting up the last one whilst under the influence may not have been my best move!)

Tonight I am still feeling positive - wow that is a whole day:j.
Came home from work and managed to pick up 2 email mystery shops, so thats a fairly easy-sit on my arff farf and get paid £5 for a little work.
Also my cherry tree was delivered today as were hubbies trainers from America:j. He has rather large feet (waits for a naughty comment from GG:p) and has to get his shoes from America, as we haven't been over for a few years his trainers were getting very 'scanky'. We had to pay an extra £7 for 'import duty' but he is a happy bunny and his large feet will be able to do a huge sigh of relief.:o
I have planted the tree and it looks good!

You know what they say about big feet TPA......
yup, big socksA positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

I'm not quiet sure how, and I know I don't deserve it...but I lost 1lb this week:j
I have just managed to pick up a few mystery shops for a large supermarket chain ready for next month:j :jYou know I mentioned I perhaps should not have written up my last MS whilst under the influence....well I had a query on it:o. Woops! However, in my defence the query was rediculous:rotfl:

Trust me to log in at 10.01!!!!:o
Will look again tomorrow though, thank you (just need to remember my password now lol):rotfl:
I have been going through both Quidco and Topcashback accounts, double checking which 'betting' sites have aleady paid, making a list to join up with hubbys accounts also. I have set aside some money from his wages to allow me to do this(think I told him...hmmm, must check that;)) Anyones that pay out more than I have to put in are go go! Any winnings are going towards a date night with hubby:A. This is something we don't do enough, we get so wrapped up in saving/making money we are forgetting to enjoy each other company.

Well i didn't win anything, so perhaps you didn't miss out. The last game i had one to go for ages, and my DH was shouting at the computer. We were having such a giggle. We spent most of this evening listening to the CD questionairre survery he has to do for a £30 payback, and it was really good. Just a few seconds of every song but reminded us that it is fun to chat and listen to music.
Date night is something we don't do enough of either, although harder with the kids in tow. We really should try more often though, so your idea sounds really good.
Have you had the quidco email telling you who to use for free bets with the world cup? It had 3 offers - put in £40 between the 3 and get back £85. I considered it but i have no clue what i am doing with betting. Also i don't want to tie up that much with going away and bathroom works. Might be worth a look. I still have the email if you haven't had it.0 -
Yes I had the email (but didn't read it:cool:) ops, will go and check on that. I usually just do bingo or slots but a couple of the Quidco ones needed proper bets, i'm not really sure I know what i'm doing but ha ho as long as the cashback is more than I actually have to put in then if by some fluke I win anything it will be a bonus:money:
Hubby went to bed a while ago and I have been sat here listening to Susan Boyles album, am now feeling very chilled, think I should have CDs on more and TV on MUCH less....this should be easy to do over the next few weeks with football and tennis seemingly the only things on the 'box'. The trouble is hubby is one of those that turns the TV on as soon as he gets home, its always on in the background, for some reason music doesn't really do it for him!
Ah well, off to bed.
Goodnight all and sweet dreams
