  • I have been feeling a bit out of sorts for days now, you know snappy bad tempered, feeling like poop for no particular reason. So much so that I even cancelled some mystery shops today:eek: - ~I just could not be ar*d. Have just realised that I have not been taking my medication (anti-depresents), not intentionally but just forgot as I was not in my normal routine. Ops think I owe hubby an apology for being a right cow bag:eek:. Going cold turkey is not a good idea, and there was me thinking it was just chocolate n crisp withdrawel:o

Diet wise I have been good, could really do with a twirl and a cuppa now:(.

  • Well I have had a terrible nights sleep, got myself all agitated over things that have happened years back, kept going over and over things in my mind-it was awful.

Not sure how i'm going to manage a day in work, have some sympathy for my work colleague.

On the money front: Quidco money is finally showing as received, from dog insurance (last Septemeber!) and is showing as paid into the account twice 2 x £40:eek:. Will see what comes at the end of the month.

Going cold turkey on anti-deps. No wonder you are feeling the effects! It may be why you had rubbish sleep too... Good luck getting your routine sorted.

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

Quidco did that with Abel & Cole for me - but it was only £10 x 2 (was good though - I spent £25 with A&C, got £40 worth of stuff (buy £25 get £15 box free) and got £20 back -ooh, and signed up as a referral from a friend, so we each got a free bottle of EV olive oil too - one of my best ones :D

Thank you all for your support, am feeling a little more 'with it' now.:A

I managed to lose 2lb this week so that was something to smile about, hubby took me out for a lovely meal on Friday night and I had a bottle of wine in the restaurant with my meal, how extravagant it that!:p

I have lots of MSs booked for tomorrow, all in the same town, all on the flat and its free parking too!!:money:

OK am off to update the diet thread with everyones details.

    Big hugs all round.
