  • :DI'm so excited, Quidco have a special offer on for today, you deposit and play £10 on Sun bingo and they give you £20 cashback. I won £42.30 that I could withdraw so up £52.30:j:j:j

Off to look at more offers that give you back at least what you deposit then any winnings are an extra bonus:D:D:D

    Evening.

Thanks for the tips on emysteryshopping and the sun bingo. I currently have it running in the background in the hope i win big. :D Got to be in it to win it i suppose. I hardly ever bother with this sort of offer but what the heck. I keep thinking i need to do some of the ones with free daily scratch cards.

I've also applied for the mystery shopping so hopefully that will prove to be lucrative for me and i can also do it on an evening and not have to get anyone to watch the kids. Nice brucey bonus.

    Morning all (just!)

Well what an exciting morning I have had, chasing around after missing bits and pieces for the kitchen, how rude B&Q staff are:eek::mad:

Jopined Sun bingo for hubby as well last night, but didn't win anything, still £10 up from the offer though along with my winings and cashback we made £62.30:D:j Nice work if you can get it!

I've mangaged to withdraw a further £54 from topcashback and due about £46 from Quidco this month:D:j, a drop in the ocean compared to the kitchen spends but every little helps as they say.

Finally ordered the kettle went for the grey one in the end so it only cost £35.

Kitchen fitter has gone AWOL this morning and the granite chaps are due at 2pm to measure up:eek:

I have a mountain of ironing that could compete with Everest in size so I really ought dig the iron out and do some work!

He arrived at 3.30 and stayed for an hour:eek: In fairness he had text DH to explain and he was here all day yesterday. The granite guy has been to measure up, he was lovely:)

Have been to B&Spew tonight and think we have finally sorted everything out, fingers crossed.

Managed to pick up a MS for a 'chicken' place tonight so although not healthy at least we had a free tea:o Really dont know what to do about slimming world this week, I don't want to start and let myself down by not being able to cook the correct things, as I know what i'm like if I don't get a grip on things straight away I won't go back. Debating to put it off for a couple more weeks until cooker is useable. Oh dear decisions, decisions.

I actually did quite a bit of the ironing this afters, only a big mountain left to do now:p

Maybe wait until the kitchen has finished and then join again

And until then do the best that you can - so tonight - no chicken skin, baked potato instead of chips, water instead of beer/coke etc :)

  • My new kettle has arrived, it's lush:j Don't know what we are going to do about a toaster, def. won't be able to get to match as the kettle is not electric:p Oh, I nearly forgot the price has gone up but over £10 on Amazon now so glas I bought when I did:D

It's been a long day today, in need of some zzzzzzzz, but also need to wind down...does that make sense??

Decision made about slimming, I will go in two weeks when, hopefully, the kitchen will be finished, I really want to give it my best shot and think this is the best way. I WILL BE GOING ON THE 13th MAY!! There we go it's in black and white now!:rotfl:As Rasish says I can still be better than I would normally and I have cut back on alcohol considerably (apart from two pints of lager on Saturday:eek:) so that will help enormously, I love diet coke and rather than drink it out of a can, I put it in a nice glass with some lime/lemon and ice, then it feels like I'm having something 'naughty':o.

The paint went on the walls today and I love it, kitchen fitter keeps saying he's not sure...hmm whos kitchen is this???
    Congrats on the 78718.gif

Shame theres still loads more to do, however if you send me a nice piccy/smiley like that each time perhaps I will crack on and do more:rotfl:.

Ok off for a nosey around the boards.

Goodnight all, sleep tight, watch your other halves don't bite!
