Oooohh, how exciting, kitchen nearly done
. What colour are walls - mine are v v pale blue (you only actually notice from a distance, hope not too cold but let OH choose as he hated sparkly worktop so much
)
I'll look forward to watching your SW progress - I've been doing for 8 weeks & lost 13lbs, so easy on their Extra Easy plan. TPA, you're like me, you don't let anyone tell you what to do, so this is so much easier than WW where you have to count fruit - how can that be healthy.
I will give you lots ofif you will come and clean my kitchen when it is done!!!!
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

I'm loving all the piccies GG.
Walls are a grey colour, now when I say grey I don't really mean grey I mean Frosted Steelbet that link piccy doesn't work:mad: Its from the Dulux kitchen range, i'm hoping the colour will compliment the wallpaper
which is actually much nicer in the flesh, it is touchy feely and looks as if it has been embrodered onto, yet is 'scrubbable'!
Looks like our finishing date might be the 11th May:eek: have to wait for the granite to be cut which can take up to 3 weeks:eek::eek:
GG you are doing fantastically, I have an awful lot to lose so finger crossed and mouth taped up...counting fruit..who ever heard of something so rediculous!

Evening all.
Thanks for the kind thoughts SML and sweet, I have to admit I have been struggling a bit over the last week. Mum has been a bit poorly over the last week or so, I worry about her so much, so deserves so much more than the carp that this nasty crippling disease brings herL:(
I love being at home, it is my sanctuary, but being without the kitchen and having people here all the time is causing me 'issues', silly I know but hay ho that’s me The dog is still being farmed out, and as much as he drives me bonkers normally, I really do miss him, although the cat is thoroughly enjoying being lady of the house again.:)
The kitchen should be finished a week Friday, it’s been delayed for numerous reasons but less said soonest mended.
To make up for not being able to relax at home I have been throwing myself into mystery shopping, daft as it sounds it makes me feel productive and I don't stress about being at home and not being able to relax...yep I'm bonkers!:p
Hubby even came with me on Saturday as my mystery shopper driver as he too is getting fed up with all the upheaval :rotfl:
I have finally had confirmation that the recorded mystery shop that I did last month is ok, and I will be paid at the end of the month....I was a little nervous about it as its the first recorded one I've done and it paid £90:eek: a world apart from the £5 ones that I normally manage to bag:o
I have 7 shops to do on Saturday but they should only take a couple of hour total, they are fairly local and 6 of them just involve taking some close up pictures of shop fronts (should be fun). I have to test drive 6 cars on Monday, pay is good so fingers crossed they all go well. I must work out how much I’m owed from all the different companies, I have just totted up my diary figures and have completed 31 assignments in the last 3 weeks…….role on paydays!!
I have no idea where we are moneywise but I know its not looking good, purchased our new table and chairs on the weekend and had to have a little side table and large mirror to match, cannot remember if I mentioned it previously but I managed to get a decent deal on the fridge/freezer on line, it was over £300 cheaper than in store and came with almost £30 cashback, also got a good deal on the dishwasher, with cashback too.
Have received my Quidco money this month and it was just over £50, also two payouts due from Topcashback totaling almost £100.:j
I hope everyone is well, off to catch up with everyone’s diaries.
