TPAxThank-you!
I've not been able to do much recently due to my wrist.
I'd hoped that getting my cast off would mean my wrist was back to normal but I kinda over estimated what I'd be capable of doing with it right away - its still fairly weak and random movements make it ache. It was just a bit too sore to do anything last week so I'm planning to have another go this weekend... I'll let you know if I manage anything!
Mortgage free as of 12/08/20!

OK Taka your forgiven - for now anyway!:p
I'm feeling a million times better today - just as well, my cotton wool head was making work difficult, or was that my work was making my cotton wool head difficult......:o
Anyway did my long day yesterday, work, MS, 2nd work, home write up MS and I survived it!:D
I am working on Saturday and have picked up a MS to do on the way home, won't get any MSs done in December due to holiday and it understandably being a slow time for such things anyway, so need to get some ££ in over the next few weeks.:)
Sunday sees a 110 mile trip to take my dear Mum to a good friend of hers, where she will spend a week being spoilt:). Means I get a worry free week too - hmm hope that doesn't turn out to be famous last words:cool:
OMG look at the time:eek:
Up the stairs for me!

What is it with dawgs!!!! DansDad had a German Shepherd once that not only eat the front mudguard off his beloved bike, but also the windowsills of the conservatory of the house he once rented.... Clearly that had to be replaced when he moved outLuckily Long Suffering Dawg isnt Dawg enough for big chews let alone household items or car doors!!

My family are weird!
Went to see mum on my way home from work, front door was open and she was stood in the kitchen chattering away.........'i'm sorry I should have put you in a smaller pot really shouldn't I..silly me, oh well never mind, you're not that bad......' There was no one with her, turns out she was chatting to the cakes she was baking:eek:
Then I noticed she had two watches on...both on the same arm mind you!
Then............she tells me 'Its all been going on here today you know, we've had people in suits and masks, 3 of them 1 woman 1 man. Loads of vans coming and going and big boxes, i'm sure they were catching a snake, I heard one of them say 'it's got away'. Hmmmm, now there were new neighbours moving in across the road, that would account for the people, the vans and the boxes..lets just hope she was imagining the masks:eek: (I did ask the close neighbours if they had seen anything but they looked at me like I was bonkers:o)
One thing for sure, its never dull in TPA land.

Oh TPA Bless her
My BF said today that he has been to Tesco's this morning before he got up, then wondered why I patted his arm
I've sent the day looking at my arm for the time, but had no watch on, think I would have remembered the first timeMortgage Aug 12 £165K, Aug 19 £0

I would never laugh in front of her, but hubby and I often have a little giggle at her 'mum isims', we have to keep a sense of humour or we would struggle greatly. A lot of the time she is very 'with-it' but sometime she just takes a U turn to 'mummy land'. I think a lot of her problems are mediaction related..she forgets to take it, because she hasn't taken it she becomes more forgetful and slightly dolaly which then becomes a vicious circle.......however she is my Mum and I would not swap her for the world, she really has got a heart of gold.:heartpuls I am VERY lucky to have her as my mum xxx
Been to work today, am really tired, hubby has been out since 9am showing a colleague from America the sites of South Wales - how on earth he is still out at this time is beyond me!!:rotfl:
