Photos to follow as soon as Curves put them on their website! Mine took on the phone just looks like a bunch of nutters stood in a field! (hmm second thoughts…that’s what we were!)
I am ashamed to say that last night I drank far too much budweiser and made myself ill - I am far too old for this sort of thing, absolutely ridiculous. Went to bed and someone started spinning it around Have felt dreadful all day. Serves me right, disgusting situation to find myself in, I really am embarrassed but have put it on here to remind myself what a selfish idiot I can be Today I feel like if I never have an alcoholic drink again it will be too soon. Thats me and my self destruct button . However it may well be the kick up the backside (along with all those from you lovely peeps) I needed.
Today I had low fat sausages and a plate full of veg. for my tea, teamed with diet coke. Will ween myself of the d. coke as it is costing a fortune and will go for the far healthier option of water.
I did my MSs late this pm and went supermarket shopping on the way home and purchased lots of healthy food, this killing myself with carp has got to stop. I will not buy any more crisps/alcohol/chocolate until Christmas, we don't need it and should feel a million times better for not stuffing our faces with rubbish that has no nutritional value.:o
Off my soap box and heading for an early night.:o

Well done on the walk and the raising of charity money. I totally agree with you about being to old to wake up feeling awful because of alcohol, I am exactly the same feel rubbish and waste a whole day swearing I will never do it again and of course it happens again. I must say if I stick you larger I am not too bad but get me on the Rose at a party and thats when I am so bad the next day.
As for things to drink instead water is a boring I find diluted pink grapefruit juice is really nice, a friend of mine drinks any soft drink in a wine glass when she is off the booze don't think that would work for me though.
Good luck with getting back in the right track I seriously need to get there myself I look in the mirror and can see the extra pounds (well stones in my case) that I have put on and its not pretty.Save £12k in 25 No 49

I go for white wine if I think I may over indulge as that usually makes me a feel a bit pukey after a bottle or so and then I stop :A (or switch to red so feel even worse the next day.......:o)A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

Went to bed and someone started spinning it around
Did you try and put your foot on the floor? I find that stops me spinning most times
Its not a terrible thing to over-indulge occasionally, its soo much easier not to drink if you can still remember how bad you felt the last time!
Hope you feel much betterCurrently studying for a Diploma - wish me luck

At least it is not a 2 day hangover. Now they are killers.
I'm being a good girl too today. Pretty easy as there is not a lot of junk left in the house. The kids don't care whether it is there or not. They are currently nibbling dry cream crackers and happy with that. I need to be kind to all of us and not get them in awful habits this young.
We shared one bag of crisps between the 3 of us at lunchtime, and surprisingly that was enough. We also had a few grapes and a sliced up apple, and it felt quite posh.0 -

Now you mention it......i'm ethier coming down sith something or still have the after effects of alcohol in my body - ridiculous!
The thought of any alcohol is still making me feel queezing (no i'm not pregnant!) so I supose that is a good thing??!!:o
Changed the gas and electricity last night, over to Sainsbuys - they are not on the comparission sites, tried those first, but will save us abut £150 over the year compared to last years full useage figures:j We also get a £50 bonus for joining up before Nov 7th, they had a good fixed rate but I decided to risk it!
Am going to the gym later, if I can control the feeling of sickness and then on to a charity night for Breast Cancer Care, hopefully I can tell them I am well on my way to getting £400 for my sponsorship:j:j

I hope you feel better TPA xxx There are nasties going around at the moment. DansDad has had 2 cold in 6 weeks. Am trying hard to fend it off
Am looking to change leccy and gas myself. Am with Atlantic who charge me £44p/m leccy and £48 p/m gas. They dont believe my meter readings and despite requesting it they dont put my DD down. Oh well they just have to give me most of it back every couple of months. I actually only use about £12p/m leccy and £20p/m gas. Am far too tight to use much. (cold though:rotfl:)MFW 2011 No. 161 £946.54/£2000 TargetApril 9/15March 14/15
