Full length (chapel length to be precise) with lace trim and embroidered detail on the body of it. Some of my lace samples have arrived today - trying to decide if it is too bling or if its different in a good way to use vintage gold (and I mean gold!) lace all around it.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Aye had a nice night Saturday around a friends, and I finished sewing my dress over the weekend (well, this morning). NIM ordered the suits for the wedding, and we've got free tickets to go see the bloke we want singing at our wedding performing in July. Better hope we like him, as its a bit short notice if we don't!
Anyone else have hail this morning? My brother has gone cycling in it!Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

No hail here; how crazy is your brother?!
I hope you like the singer chap, like you say, it is a bit short notice if he's rubbish!
OH's parents moved on Saturday, downsizing big time so we've been getting phonecalls asking if we want random bits of furniture all weekend, we've ended up with a rocking chair as OH's Mum was really upset about getting rid of it so we're 'looking after' it until they find room/move (as they are now renting). It doesn't really go in the flat TBH but we couldn't let it go to the tip! OH also got a set of 8 Star Trek collectors plates from his Dad that he wants to display- oh no! That's not happening, I let a lot of things fly but I'm not having Star Trek plates on my walls!Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. Really? I think they'd go nicely with that rugby sculpture

Hehe, the rugby ball 'thing' is actually on our bedroom windowsill at the minute, I kept moving it but it just reappeared every time so I gave in. I just try to keep it hidden by the curtain! I've just managed to get the USS Enterprise toy/model moved from the living room to the bedroom (it's on top of the wardrobe!) so I'm quite happy with that 'win' right now! Our flat really looks like a child lives there! Although that's partly my fault thanks to my love of all things Barbie!Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary.
