For boot sales, I think it depends if you want to clear out or make money, you're more likely to get rid of stuff if it's cheap, but remember people like to haggle so don't go too low with your first price!

I've just sat and made a list of 30 things I've had in mind to review off the top of my head, I'm sure there's more.... feel a bit daunted, but I work on the basis of £1 per review and that's almost a kettle!

Wow Tete, that's a lot of reviews! I found a few bits last night to review but I've forgotten what half of them were now! I do have a pot of cocoa butter moisturiser in my bag though so I know that was one! Ooooh and the Winnie the Pooh audio book as that was what I had on whilst I was tidying- yes, I'm a child really!

Good luck with the carboot Lara. Think thats what i'll do when my DVD sales have died down completely, just take them with the rest of my rubbish to a carboot. Good luck, stay strong too because people can be so bloody rude!

Wow, 30 things Tete, thats a good way of thinking about it! Each time you are working towards something for your house, its what will keep you going Cant wait til the day i can spend my cheques/vouchers on treats for myself.

Its been years since i've bought myself anything (aww violins! :rotfl:) because i used to spin my money up as soon as i had it. But those were the days off the past. Cant wait for a new wardrobe etc!!!

I'll second the car boot good luck Lara, I hate doing car boots! We do one about once a year but I really don't like it! It's so depressing haggling with people over 20p for something that cost £20 new!

And Birdie, your scrapbooks are fab - you should definitely try to earn some cash out of it! It's motivated me to do something with my photos - I've been looking on ebay for incredibly kitsch (and obvious) leopard print photo album to put my safari pics in!

i've done another review girlies! No-ones rated it yet mind (does seem slow today lulu) but still, another 500 points to the pot takes me to 9580 now, so slowly but surely! I am pleased with my progress so far! I am really poorly at the moment though so I feel a bit rubbish
everyone else sounds like their doing well though! lulu thats so exciting looking forwards to buying yourself somethings!

Well today went OK. I was so nervous presenting and some second years came as well who are interested in placements as well as the third years looking for jobs so I had loads of people watching. They took all the postcards I took with me though with the address of where to apply so that is promising. My old lecturer asked if I would be interested in doing a gues lecture next year so that was nice of him to ask!

I feel absolutely knackered, think it was all the travelling.

I must be the only person who enjoys car boots lol. We are doing one next month probably but we are going to take anything we don't sell to the charity shops as my Mum is fed up with is cluttering her house.

Yeah i honestly cant remember the last time i bought anything. Anything i've bought has been for other peoples birthdays, christmas or for my nieces and nephew. All the rest of the money has been gambled away. Cant wait to get new things!!

I'm still catching up with rates Tink, but im getting there for you. Dooyoo does my head in sometimes! Its amazing how people on there can wind you up :eek: or give you a big head if they say something nice :rotfl:

Losing the will with it, its a million years until my next cheque. Does anyone know why my points are showing in my balance and in my redeemed bit?
