OP if you had used an unmanned changing room and then had a load of hassle from security you can bet posters on here would be quick to tell you "oh it's your own fault for using a facility that wasn't officially open" - some posters seem hellbent on being perverse.0

I have added that the OP cant expect a return on a top that is used. too hard to comprehend?
your post hasnt exactly offered anything except an insight into the void vacuum in between your ears.0 -

why don't you grow up - I had a look at some of your very recent posts on other threads and you appear to be a total waste of space.0 -

I don't see how that is any different to it being tried on in a fitting room.
On topic, however, you may be able to get an exchange. Also, if the top was bought in a concession that has another shop in the town (such as Wallis or Principles) it may be worth seeing about a refund there, as I know they are sometimes able to refund items bought in a concession.0 -
I'm sorry if I appear slow on this perhaps the op can enlighten me as to the purpose of the thread, is there a question I have missed what outcome are you looking for? Have you discussed the incident with the manager of the store or indeed franchise involved? It is quite common for endorsements to be put on sale goods and usually in the case of a store such as you have identified well displayed and publicised.Four guns yet only one trigger prepare for a volley.Together we can make a difference.0

It's different in the respect that such a garment could not be resold as new, the store is reasonable in making attempts to ensure that when refunding in such instances that the returns process is not being abused by the incredibly vast practice of buying wearing returning.Four guns yet only one trigger prepare for a volley.Together we can make a difference.0 -

A top isn't 'used' when it's just been tried on, that's why it's not used if someone tries it in the changing rooms in store. Picking it up to look at, walking past the stand that it's on, looking down at a display, all deposit hair, epithelials , sweat, saliva.

It's amazing how those with a can-do attitude and willingness to 'pitch in and work' get all the luck, isn't it?
