We only got one voucher for my two kids as my other daughter was taken to hospital on that day, its a shame as she reads a lot.
Thanks for those who have offered some vouchers, I just really wanted to have a rant that our school didnt consider those who were away on the day they gave them out, as I said my daughter had to go to hospital for a scan on the day. For record she has a brilliant attendance record it was only recently she was diagnosed with a genetic disorder.0 -
This was a really good offer, but I really feel like this co is being abused!!
We should not be spending £600 on our groceries at this companies expense!!!
I for one will try and abuse anyone selling these vouchers on ebay, if you have any links please post them here!!!ACII and Chartered so now I can focus on learning to play my beautiful Sax. 🎷0 -
Anyone who has spare tokens could try and redeem them against books from bookstores and donate the books, to whichever good cause People dont always appreciate vouchers but they would appreciate a book more. Some books only cost a pound and that means they are free with the vouchers. This above all: to thine own self be true, And it must follow, as the night the day, Thou canst not then be false to any man. I was all for taking my coupons to my local Asda and getting some cash off, I thought a couple of quid off wouldn't hurt, but I never actually thought of the consequences of us all doing it. Maybe this MSEs the same, after all is that not why we're all on this site, to get a little freebie now and then? I am glad to have read this thread because now I have thought about it, I will be giving my vouchers to a local school too. But chill, rich people who don't even need money do much worse for our economy.Student loan no more

not always.. when i broke up with my ex my brother bought my daughter a no frills pc and he also paid for the internet access so we both could have a bit of time on it.. it was the only thing that kept me sane at the time..jules wrote:If people are that skint , wouldn't getting rid of internet access be a money saver??:pThose we love don't go away,They walk beside us every day,Unseen, unheard, but always near,

I bought a new pc a couple of months ago and managed to get back online. The money I've saved by accessing this site has covered the cost of the pc and at least a years broadband internet access!!
BTW, I also have received stacks of quickread vouchers. I do use 1 each time I shop (I'd say I've used 20 so far) - but have also donated lots to a local scout group and community centre, so don't feel too guilty.some people grin and bear it, others smile and do it

Sigh. If tescos are taking them, then Tescos are making money and the company should take it up with Tescos.Barclaycard 3800

Spot on! We all know these coupons are only accepted because the store makes a (small) profit on them.some people grin and bear it, others smile and do it
