Most people use vouchers WITHIN REASON.

And when these sorts of vouchers are supposed to be used for a certain purpose (ie Children and books) then I hope you are proud of yourself.

I have to say that if the vouchers are not used for there intended purpose it will spoil it for others who wanted to get money off books when the promotion is stopped because of abuse.
