I have had an offer accepted on a 5 bedroom house in cheshire. It sold for £745,000 in 2005. We got it for £490,000, It was advertised for offers around £600,000. I have received a letter from our solicitor stating the sellers are pulling out as they have changed their mind? Do I have any recourse he as I have paid £740 for a full survey and £400 for solicitors fees? Any help appreciated.
