NoI am not bootski if that's what you mean ?

Who cares anyway.
I am curious though as to the logistics of such a large scale operation. Whether all the relevant details are scrawled in a notebook sat on the desk next to you, or maybe you're more methodical- a spreadsheet file perhaps?

Let's drag this back on-topic:HAMISH_MCTAVISH wrote: »There are currently around 90,000 houses a month selling in the UK.
That is not as many as sold at peak, but it is more than enough to get a statistically significant sample size.
The Land Registry shows an average of 55,000 house sales over a 3 month period (June-Sept 2009) acoording to their latest report for November:

HMRC, from memory it was 90K 2 months ago and 87K last month.
LR only includes england and wales. HMRC is UK wide.“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.
Belief in myths allows the comfort of opinion without the discomfort of thought.”
