I think I'd be tempted to go for the car, as long as it seems fairly sound when Mr F's stepdad looks at it. As someone said, even if it only lasts a little while you can get a refund on tax and insurance and you can always get a few quid for scrapping it (or go to webuyanycar.com - do you have that annoying ad up north??)

My 6 year old said he hates the song but loves the dancing. He tries to copy the moves bless him! The downside is, it means i can't turn the tv over when it comes on, if he's aboutOne step at a time0 -
Money stuff
PAD = £89.75
Groceries = £164.08 (And it's been 10 days since payday! I've only picked up essentials so far!)
Entertainment = £20.46 (We're out tomorrow night but Mr Fresian is paying!)

I have vague plans of going to Aldi this weekend for more fresh fruit and veg, as te quality is pretty ok for what you pay for it. I need a couple of other bits too but hate the supermarket at the weekend
